Please navigate to your account and add your billing and shipping addresses after registering. That’ll be the head-and-shoulders icon of a person in the upper right corner of the website (next to the shopping bag).
Do you need us to alter an image ratio, artist signature, change color, or other image manipulation? There is a flat $25 design fee. If the image ratio is staying the same and you just need a size not listed, please email us and we can add that option to our website. There is no charge for the same ratio in a size not listed.
For example: We have a square image listed in 24x24 and 26x26, but you want it in 25x25. It’s the same square 1:1 ratio, so no design fee would apply. If there’s an image in 24x36 (1.5:1), but you want it in 18x24 (1.33:1), the ratios differ, and the design fee would apply.
All orders ship from Kirkland, WA (98033). We strive to get orders out within 24-48 hours. In the rare event we must extend past that we’ll let you know the eta to make sure the art still arrives on time. Also note, any Giclee prints require 24 hours to cure before we can ship them. We ship UPS ground, however, if you have your own account with them, FedEx, etc., we have the option to use your account to ship your order(s). If you have a reseller license, please email that to firstname.lastname@example.org and I can mark the account as tax exempt.
