All artwork is printed to order. Please allow 3–10 business days for production before shipping.
We ship within the United States via FedEx primarily, UPS or USPS depending on the order size. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Standard/ground average shipping is 1-6 business days depending on your FedEx location zone.
Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Proof of Delivery
- We use proof of delivery services, including tracking information and delivery confirmation, to ensure your order reaches the address provided at checkout. Once the carrier confirms delivery, our responsibility for the shipment ends.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages
- If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, the customer must contact the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) directly to resolve the issue.
- If the carrier confirms the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of the package after delivery. We recommend customers check with neighbors, building managers, or others who may have accepted the package on their behalf.
- In the event of a lost or stolen package after delivery, customers may reorder the items by placing a new order.

Shipping Carrier Claims
- Any disputes or claims regarding delayed or missing deliveries must be filed directly with the carrier. We will provide the necessary tracking details to assist with filing a claim but are not responsible for resolving carrier-related issues.

Damaged Shipments
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@decorus.art with a description and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement at our discretion.
