“It’s my goal to spread beauty in the world.” The cold grey skies and smokestacks of the industrial midwest where she grew up motivated Kellie Day to go west. “After college in Indiana I ventured out to seek a more amazing landscape.” She traveled the globe enthusiastically for a decade and a half, finally settling in the San Juan Mountains where she is “endlessly inspired by the mountain and desert landscapes.” When at home, you can find Kellie raising her son and two rescue dogs, running a graphic design studio and painting her heart out.
