Having experienced the challenges of staging firsthand, he set out to design products and services that make life easier for stagers, designers, and art consultants - while elevating the visual impact of every project.

At Decorus Art, Shane leads with equal parts vision and execution. From developing custom swappable art frames and reusable furniture covers to expanding custom print services for hospitality and commercial clients, he’s passionate about offering solutions that are as functional as they are beautiful. His career in Silicon Valley - where he held senior engineering roles at Facebook, eBay, and ServiceNow - honed his ability to tackle complex problems quickly and effectively, a skill he now applies to every aspect of the business.

When he’s not working, Shane enjoys family life, photography, and (true to his roots) still finds time to tinker with cars.

Recognized as “America’s Home Staging Expert,” she has been named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging by the Real Estate Staging Association five years in a row.
As Founder and CEO of Decorus Home Staging & Design and Casa Novay, Natalie has led her companies from startup roots to 7-figure success stories, always challenging the status quo of what staging and design can be. Accredited as a Certified Staging Professional, Staging Design Professional, Short-Term Rental Stylist, and Certified Color Consultant, her work reflects a unique blend of luxury, balance, and creativity that consistently delivers results.
Originally from South Africa, Natalie relocated to the U.S. nearly two decades ago and now calls Florida home. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a wife, mother of two, and a passionate advocate for creating spaces that inspire.

Kendall is the steady hand behind the scenes, keeping every detail in motion at Decorus Art. With a background spanning luxury home staging, interior design, and operations, she has a knack for turning complex projects into seamless experiences.
Her role centers on building lasting client relationships, ensuring each order feels effortless from start to finish. Equal parts problem-solver and creative thinker, Kendall designs the systems and processes that let Decorus Art deliver on its promise: exceptional art, produced with care, every time.
