Decorus Art Trade Account Policies


1. Program Overview

The Decorus Art Trade Program is designed for qualified interior designers, art consultants, home stagers, architects, and related industry professionals.
Approved trade members receive access to exclusive wholesale pricing applied against our published retail baseline.
Trade discounts are performance-based and determined by rolling 12-month purchase volume.
Decorus Art reserves the right to modify program structure, eligibility, or tier thresholds at any time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To apply for a Trade Account, applicants must:

  • Submit a valid W-9 (U.S.) or appropriate tax documentation
  • Provide a valid resale certificate
  • Operate as an active business within the design or related industry
  • Maintain accurate and current contact information

Approval is granted at the discretion of Decorus Art.

3. Pricing Structure

  • All products are listed at retail pricing.
  • Trade discounts are applied separately.
  • Discounts are calculated based on rolling 12-month spend (not calendar year).
  • Tier placement is determined automatically.
  • Tier structures and thresholds are private and not publicly disclosed.
  • Trade pricing is confidential and may not be shared externally.

Shipping is not discounted under the Trade Program.
Promotional offers and sitewide sales do not stack with trade discounts unless explicitly stated.
Custom pricing agreements (if applicable) are governed by separate written documentation.

4. Minimums & Order Requirements

  • No minimum order is required.
  • All products are made to order.
  • Lead times vary by substrate, size and order size.
  • Rush production is available for an additional fee.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are shipped via standard carrier unless otherwise arranged.
  • Clients may provide their own shipping accounts upon request.
  • Shipping timelines begin after payment and file approval (if applicable).
  • Decorus Art is not responsible for carrier delays once orders leave our facility.

6. Returns & Claims

Because all artwork is produced to order:

  • All sales are final.
  • Damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Claims require photographs of packaging and product.
  • Approved damage claims will be replaced, not refunded.

Color variation due to monitor settings does not qualify as a defect.

7. Resale & Use

Trade pricing is intended for use in client projects.

  • Products may not be resold online as standalone Decorus Art listings.
  • Artwork may not be reproduced, altered, digitized, or redistributed.
  • All artwork remains subject to licensor restrictions.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of trade status.

8. Account Maintenance

  • Inactive accounts (12+ months without purchase) may be removed.
  • Accounts found sharing confidential pricing externally may be terminated.
  • Abuse of the program may result in removal without notice.
